All new employees (regardless of experience) are provided with a full bespoke induction and training programme.


Training and development

Induction

Upon joining Swisslinx, you will complete our bespoke training programme which will take 3 weeks to complete. Many members of our teams will be involved in your training and it will cover all core important topics and skills to facilitate your new career in recruitment sales.

Online sales training platform

You will have access to a specialist recruitment sales training platform which will supplement your learning with presentations by industry experts and computer based tutorials, tests and manuals.

External Training

Annually we run specialist training sessions with external companies in areas such as; sales, finance, technology and management. In addition, as our teams are structured around niche disciplines, we invest in regular training to enhance knowledge in areas such as commodities, private banking, investment banking etc

Performance Management

Once you have completed your induction, you will be exposed to many types of coaching and mentoring within your assigned team. You will work towards achieving personal performance targets and meet weekly with your manager to review progress and results.

Career Development

Annual appraisals are conducted as 360 degree assessments with your colleagues and management, covering every aspect of the role. As a result of the appraisal we will put in place a Career Development Plan for the following year and specify any promotions, role changes or actions which need to be taken to ensure your professional growth.

Company Meetings

You will be involved in company activities and strategy whilst attending weekly team sales meetings, monthly company meetings, annual sales kick off seminars. All our staff are actively encouraged to contribute positively to the company strategy and operations.
