She oversees the development and expansion of large strategic key accounts, delivering creative, cost-effective talent solutions to clients across Banking, Financial Services, and Pharmaceuticals on a global scale.
In addition to her IT expertise, Jennifer spearheaded the development of Swisslinx’s Life Sciences brand in 2012, establishing it as one of the top suppliers to major pharmaceutical companies for permanent, labour leasing, and payroll services. Known for her hands-on approach, Jennifer manages key accounts, sources high volumes of specialised candidates under tight deadlines, and ensures exceptional service delivery throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Her dedication to understanding client needs, fostering strong relationships, and upholding high-quality standards has made her and her team top-performing suppliers year after year.
