On behalf of our client, a global leader within asset management, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced candidate join their team as a Senior Events Manager on a permanent basis in Zürich.

Your Mission:
- Planning and executing events from A-Z across Europe
- Liaise across various internal departments including the marketing and design teams, planning presentations and creating marketing material
- Adhere to budgets by performing controls of payments and invoices
- Complete several admin tasks related to events management utilizing the internal CRM system
- Ensure timely distribution of event materials and documents

Your Background;
- Relevant educational background in Communications or Marketing
- A minimum of 4 years’ of experience in a similar role within in-house events management, ideally within financial services / asset management
- High level of creativity paired with great technical knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- Strong communication and presentations skills, both internally and externally
- Fluent in English and German is a must, all other European languages are an advantage
