For our client, a global bank with international reach, we are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to work within the Executive Management Support team working on operational activities across the COO division of the bank.

Administrative Assistant, (Long-term Contract, Zurich)

Your responsibilities will include providing reliable support to the CCRO COO to ensure smooth running of the division in all organizational aspects such as:

• Calendar management
• Travel booking
• Space management
• Meeting & event preparation and minutes
• Processing expenses
• Vacation time reporting and absence planning
• Document preparation
• Support small projects
• Scheduling management retreats and workshops

Essentials Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support / as management assistant
• Very good (intermediate) knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (basic), Word, PowerPoint, administrative systems (travel / expense booking systems), video call, telephone conference, web casts etc.
• Strong verbal and written communicative skills in English
• Excellent administrative, secretarial, planning and organizational skills
• Articulate and structured
