Since 1999, our founding partners lead company growth based on a flat and collaborative internal structure. With proven track records in Consulting and Recruitment, our partners are strongly involved in business strategy and operations across all locations.

Olivier Ruedin
Co-founded the company in 1999. As Managing Partner, he leads the Technology, Legal and Finance functions within the Group. He is also responsible for Group Strategy and Development. Olivier initiated and managed the Group's expansion to the Middle East and Asia and oversees all operations there.

Before founding Swisslinx in 1999, Olivier worked for 5 years as a Consulting Manager for Arthur Andersen where he completed a wide range of consulting assignments for clients throughout Europe, China and the USA.

Olivier holds a degree in Business and Economics and speaks English, French and German. He is a Swiss national.

Key discipline: Managing Partner & International Group Operations

Monika Niklaus
Co-founded the company in 1999 and was instrumental in building up our technology recruitment division across a range of business sectors. She currently leads Business Development in the Technology sector.

Monika has worked for 20+ years in Executive Search and Business Development in the Swiss market, previously for Interskill Services and Harvey Nash. She has extensive market knowledge and a strong international network of clients and candidates.

Monika has completed a commercial education and speaks German, English and French. She is a Swiss national.

Key discipline: Technology (Zurich & Geneva)

Caroline Ruedin
Co-founded the company in 1999 and was instrumental in developing the Financial and Technology recruitment divisions. Caroline currently leads the financial recruitment division, overseeing Business Development in this sector. In addition she manages the HR and Marketing functions.

Caroline has worked for 20+ years in Executive Search and Business Development in the Swiss market. Her recruitment sales career started at Interskill / Computer People in Switzerland where she worked for over 8 years before co-founding Swisslinx.

Caroline holds a degree in Psychology and Business Studies and speaks English, French and some German. She is a British and Swiss national.

Christiane Lindemann
Joined the company in 2002 and has been actively involved in developing the Financial and Technology recruitment divisions. Her current responsibilities include Sales and Research Management in the Technology sector. In addition she manages Internal Recruitment for the Group.

Christiane has worked for 20+ years in Executive Search and Business Development in the Swiss, German and UK markets. Her career started at Interskill, Switzerland, before moving to Eurosoft where she worked in Switzerland and Germany in sales management. In 1999 she co-founded Chalmers Brown Technical Resources in Scotland before relocating to Zurich to join Swisslinx.

Christiane holds a degree in French literature and speaks English, German and French. She is a German and American national.
