On behalf of a well known international company in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Cloud & Endpoint Engineer with deep managing Windows 10/11 and understanding of SCCM & Intune starting ASAP.
Joining a small and international platform team of five engineers responsible for the infrastructure in a fast-paced environment, you would be responsible for the following:
• Install, configure, and maintain cutting-edge solutions in Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365 platform, and other cloud-related technologies for our client's corporate and event environments.
• Design, construct, and securely manage end-user device infrastructure.
• Perform end-to-end administration of endpoint management platforms.
• Provide 3rd level support for designated areas by promptly responding to incidents and service requests.
• Actively participate in cross-departmental projects as a subject matter expert.
• Define and document best practices and strategies within the scope of responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and implement optimal solutions.
As the perfect candidate you are a collaborative and proactive candidate with solid experience supporting endpoints. You will possess the following skills and experience:
• 8+ years experience in a similar role as System Engineer
• In-depth understanding of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing all facets of Windows 10/11 enterprise.
• Experience managing MacOS in a corporate environment, with knowledge of Jamf Pro being a plus.
• Expertise in using Intune to manage iOS and Android devices.
• Experience with Active directory & Azure AD
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting/automation.
• Strong knowledge in managing Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with database and telephony services.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and define problems, coupled with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent planning, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Keen to learn new technologies and adaptable to constant changes.
• Sociable and a team player
• Fluency in English
• Ability to do on call (typically once a month)
