On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss insurance group, Swisslinx is looking for an interim Compliance Specialist to support on 2 EMEA regulatory audits for AML. As part of the local audit team in Zurich, you are responsible for performing the audit activities related to planning, execution of the audit work and reporting of the results.
This would be an interim position for 2 months with a preferred start date in February 2025 and 80 – 100% working capacity.
Your Tasks:
- Participate in regulatory audits from beginning to end, with a focus on AML
- Leverage your compliance expertise and act as an advisor for regulatory questions related to AML
- Owning the audit tasks within the agile audit team, and positively impacting the audit delivery
- Produce and present audit reports to management on a weekly basis
- Provide regular updates and feedback on the status of the project
Your Profile:
- 5+ years working experience and in-depth understanding of the AML regulations
- Working experience within the financial sector, preferably insurance
- Business fluent English
- Flexible, adaptable and able to quickly get up to speed in a new environment
- Critical thinker, delivery oriented and team player
