On the behalf of our client in the Healthcare industry we are looking for Enterprise Architect. This a permanent position based in Berne (flexible working from home policy).

Your Responsibilities:

• As the Enterprise Architect for Corporate Services, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client.
• You will derive functional and non-functional requirements based on business strategies and needs to ensure the ongoing development of digital products and technical solutions.
• You will work in an agile environment following SAFe practices, promoting the optimization of existing processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, other Enterprise Architects, stakeholders, and suppliers to define the target architecture and technology roadmap and ensure their implementation.
• You will take overall responsibility for architecture and technology topics within the value stream and act as a bridge between IT and business.

Your Profile:
• A degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide business processes and solutions, ideally with ERP systems, especially in HR and Finance modules. Experience with SAP ERP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick grasp of complex issues and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile mindset with a strong customer and service orientation.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, ideally SAFe.
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
