On behalf our client in Telecommunication Industry, we are currently looking for an ICT System Engineer, to work on multiple projects and deliver IT Operations support. This position a 12-month position (extension possible) ideally starting as soon as possible, based in Zurich.
Main responsibilities:
• Managing the firewall infrastructure’s operation
• Ensuring firewall policy management
• Installing and configurating of firewalls and VPN access
• Checkpoint knowledge of firewall, proxy, cloud security and VPN
• Expertise in routing/switching
• Upgrades and patches
• Tasks in incident and problem management
Your profile:
• Fluent or native in German AND in English
• Educational background in firewall and checkpoint environment
• Strong experience in IT Operations, SOC, Readiness to be on call.
• Any checkpoint certification is a plus.
