Our client is seeking a proficient IT Business Analyst to join their Client Management Applications team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse application portfolio designed to optimize client management processes. This includes systems for client information, document archiving, interfacing with key banking software, and onboarding workflow tools, among others. A focal responsibility will be to lead product ownership in content management for advisory and investment teams, enhancing scalability and targeting investment content for clientele. Additionally, the role involves spearheading new projects aimed at digitalizing processes, refining user experience, and augmenting front office efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed IT business analysis, visualizing and documenting complex requirements for in-house and external development.
• Serve as Product Owner, overseeing application lifecycles and collaborating intimately with business units.
• Support and drive the development of applications and interfaces, leveraging .NET and other web development technologies.
• Provide comprehensive application support to ensure optimal system usage by business users.
• Engage in problem management, enhancing systems through thorough issue analysis and solutions.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis or IT development.
• Proficient in understanding business processes and independent problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork capabilities with a dependable track record.
• Experience in the financial sector, with a solid grasp of IT infrastructure.
• Preferably holding a University degree and experiences in application design and development.
• Technical knowledge in CMS, CRM, .NET, C#, Angular 2+, SQL is advantageous.
