On behalf of our client, an international biotechnology company, Swisslinx is looking for a Maintenance Utilities Operator for the site in Solothurn.
Contract type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Solothurn
Workload: 100%
Duration: Until 31.12.2024 (extension possible)
Work type: Shift work
Your mission:
• Ensure 24/7 shift operations and keep up and running all utilities (Black utilities, Clean Utilities, HVAC) through Scada monitoring systems (DeltaV and Siemens Desigo
• Operate utilities systems according to instructions & procedures
• Execute maintenance / revision work (repairs / Assembly / dismantling of equipment) according to instructionsD
• Execute Daily site walkdown and record in CMMS
• Execute Regulatory PM tasks e.g. (boilers 72h checks, safety shower flush)
• Address defined and straightforward identified issues according to defined procedures
• Support on waste management
• Execute preventive & corrective operations task according to instructions and operational plans
• Keeps track of the carry-out inspection and maintenance work through CMMS
• Adhere to all safety instructions (EHS)
• Document own activities in logbook and related CMMS work order
• Tank farm receiving goods and execution of unloading operations
• Adheres to all technical, safety and quality assigned instructions
Your background:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations of industrial systems, preferable related Pharmaceutical/Chemicals plants/FMCG
• Good communication skills and Problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Minimum of English level B1, other languages are a plus
• Reliable a team-player
