We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a prestigious Investment Boutique located in the scenic city of Lucerne. Key Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in enabling the executive to operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, calls, and appointments.
• Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, manage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle information requests with precision.
• Travel and Event Coordination: Plan and arrange travel itineraries, as well as support the planning and execution of local and global events.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with another Assistant to ensure comprehensive support for the CEO.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of successful experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Judgment and Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
• Proactive Approach: Flexibility and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to anticipating the needs of the CEO.
• On-Site Availability: This position requires full-time on-site presence; remote work is not an option.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required.
