On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is seeking a Regulatory Risk Specialist with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk governance, and data analytics. As an experienced professional, you will take the lead on key initiatives, manage risk frameworks, and drive impactful changes. Your responsibilities will include conducting incident analysis, performing risk assessments, and reporting to various stakeholders.

Location: Zurich
Workload: 80% - 100%

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support initiatives related to the advisory risk framework.
- Maintain and update the risk framework, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Analyze data and incidents in applications, assess risks, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams on regulatory changes and governance issues.
- Provide subject-matter expertise (SME) on regulatory topics such as MiFID, ESMA, FIDLEG, FINSA, and other international regulations.
- Manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8-10+ years of experience, ideally in a regulatory or advisory role.
- Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks, particularly MiFID, ESMA, FIDLEG, FINSA.
- Experience with global regulatory topics and exposure to international regulations.
- Project management expertise with a focus on risk and regulatory advisory.
- Data analytics skills with the ability to analyze incidents and provide insightful risk assessments.
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders, including legal, IT, and regulatory teams.
