About the Role:
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dedicated SAP EAM Support Specialist to join their team. This temporary position will support and optimize the SAP MM and PM systems, focusing on planned maintenance and material management, especially spare parts management. The role is expected to last until the end of June 2025, with the possibility of an extension.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They should demonstrate high initiative, motivation, self-organization, and a willingness to learn. Extensive experience with SAP PM and MM is essential.

Key Details:
Start Date: As soon as possible
Latest Start Date: 01.09.2024
Employment Duration: Until the end of June 2025 (extension possible)
Workload: 80-100%
Remote Work: Mainly onsite, with up to 2 remote days per week

Responsibilities:
- Provide effective support for all inquiries and challenges related to SAP EAM (MM and PM modules)
- Assist key users in resolving issues within the EAM support area
- Conduct training sessions and manage authorization assignments according to company policies
- Participate in data evaluation and analysis, e.g., using the SAP BW system
- Manage and update Winshuttle/Evolve scripts to optimize processes (optional)

Requirements:
- Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP PM and MM modules
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Good understanding of databases and Excel
- Knowledge in coordinating interfaces with other systems
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a structured way of working
- Proficiency in German
