We are assisting one of our trusted clients, a leading multinational consulting firm, in their search for an Order-to-Cash Specialist on Senior Consultant level to strengthen the team based in Zurich. The goal of the position is to advise the company's clients in all aspects related to O2C Transformation Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively support the development and implementation of high-quality O2C Management solutions in agreement with the needs of clients
- Take part in planning and executing transformation projects for national and international clients across sectors
- Become a subject matter expert on digital solutions regarding O2C and other finance processes
- Shape the design of finance operating models, finance processes, next generation digital finance capabilities
- Build, develop and maintain client relationships
- Act as an expert on the impact of digitalization on O2C processes
- Guide junior colleagues in their work and play a role in upskilling the team
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years relevant working experience within Order-To-Cash
- Sound understanding of the CFO function within an organization as well as related finance operating models
- Prior experience with digital transformation / automation as well as project management (consulting experience would be an asset)
- Ability to manage various stakeholders across seniority levels as well as manage clients' expectations
- Experience with different automation tools (e.g. SAP FSCM, Highradius, Esker) and/or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableu) would be a plus
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and multi-cultural team as well as support and train junior colleagues
- Full Business Fluency in English
