Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team for the implementation of a new HR suite. This is a senior-level role, requiring an experienced professional with a deep understanding of business analysis, agile methodologies, and HR processes. You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment of innovative HR solutions, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, and ensuring the project aligns with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Workshops and Collaboration: Organise, moderate, and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions. You
will work closely with HR representatives, sales units, IT teams, and software implementation partners.
- Solution Development: Develop and evaluate comprehensive solutions, balancing benefits, cost-effectiveness, quality, and
risk.
- Process Analysis and Documentation: Analyse and document the processes needed for future HR systems, ensuring they
meet the company’s strategic objectives.
- Mapping and Data Transformation: Create detailed mappings for data transformation between source and target systems,
enabling seamless integration.
- Artefact Creation: Produce all necessary documentation, including features, requirement specifications, and use cases,
ensuring clarity and precision.
- Testing: Develop and execute both functional and non-functional test cases to ensure the new system functions optimally
and meets all business requirements.

This role requires a strong focus on stakeholder communication, high-level problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex dependencies across teams. As a senior business analyst, you will be expected to drive the project forward, challenge existing processes, and implement forward-thinking solutions.

Skills and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes, ideally in a banking environment, with the ability to apply best practices to drive HR
transformation.
- Several years of experience in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), business analysis, requirements engineering, and
testing.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and precise approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and manage a broad range of topics across multiple teams.
- Proven expertise in identifying and solving complex business challenges, particularly in large-scale projects.
- Visionary mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes and implement lasting improvements.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and data analysis, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.

Language Requirements
- German: Fluent (spoken and written).
- English: Advanced proficiency (spoken and written).
