Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join their HR-IT department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for teamwork and service excellence. If you are solution oriented, enjoy working independently, and are highly structured in your approach, this position could be the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the SAP HCM landscape, with a primary focus on Swiss Payroll module.
• Support system optimizations and continuous development.
• Gather internal client requirements and provide consultancy on potential solutions (75% services / 25% project work), including creating blueprints and detailed specifications.
• Implement solutions through customizations and deliver presentations and training sessions.
• Ensure legal compliance by implementing annual legislative changes, including patches.
Your Profile:
• Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
• Extensive experience in customizing SAP HCM Payroll for Switzerland.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead projects independently.
• Skilled at operating in an international environment, serving as a trusted advisor to HR clients.
• Structured, goal-oriented working style, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and proactively supporting colleagues.
• Experience in customizing time management is an advantage.
