On behalf of our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is seeking a Business Process Excellence Expert to drive continuous improvement and optimization across all departments at their site in Neuchâtel. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead transformative initiatives in a cutting-edge environment.

Workload: 100%
Duration: 1 year

Your Mission:
• Provide expertise in business process management and modeling, ensuring alignment with the company’s Business Process Architecture.
• Identify, map, and document current processes, analyzing inefficiencies and redesigning workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize cycle times.
• Develop agile processes to adapt to shifts in the biotech landscape and integrate technologies like AI/ML and automation.
• Lead change management to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements and foster buy-in across stakeholders.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of newly implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Mitigate risks associated with new and existing processes while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Your Background:
Essential:
• Fluency in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or business process optimization, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong digital skills, including experience with Power BI, RPA, and AI/ML.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive measurable process improvements.
Desired:
• A master’s degree (e.g., MBA or M.Sc.) is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing and business process software (e.g., SAP, MES, Minitab).
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical cGMP and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
