For one of our major clients in Zürich, Switzerland - a leading, well-known Bank - we are looking for a Coordinator/PMO (100%) to join a contract opportunity of 6 months.
To be succesful in this role, you are a "hands-on" PMO/Coordinator, experienced in engaging with senior management, and able to work independently.
Your tasks:
• Responsible for work package allocation, reporting, dashboard creation for senior management
• Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders incl. senior management
• Progress reporting to enable timely action
• Identifying delays
Your profile:
• Experience in a PMO/coordinator role, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders
• Experience in banking industry ideally within Compliance, Risk Management, KYC profiling, or screening
• Experienced in engaging with senior management, and able to work independently
• Strong MS Excel skills and able to consolidate data effectively
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and take initiative without needing close supervision
• Fluent in English is mandatory; German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic and Russian or any other language are a plus
Place of work/Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Office (Zürich) and 2 days per week work from home possible (only within CH)
