On behalf of our client, a prominent international biotechnology company based in Visp, Swisslinx is seeking a CQV Engineer to support key validation activities. If you are experienced in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) processes and thrive in a fast-paced, cGMP environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Visp, Canton Wallis
Workload: 100%
Duration: 6 months

Your Mission
As a CQV Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the validation of equipment, systems, and facilities in compliance with cGMP standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Executing validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment, utilities, and systems.
• Preparing validation documents such as URS, DQ, FMEA, Risk Assessments, FAT, SAT, and protocols (IQ, IOQ, OQ, PQ).
• Coordinating the installation of equipment and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Writing detailed reports on completed validation activities.
• Identifying efficiencies in validation processes and applying lessons learned.
• Staying informed of regulatory changes related to equipment and facility validation.
• Supporting Quality Systems activities, including document management, change control, non-conformities, and CAPAs.
• Revising and creating procedures for Engineering activities.
• Assisting in the preparation of validation, requalification, and maintenance programs.

Your Background
• Experience: 3–6 years in a similar CQV role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a Technical field.
• Skills:
• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
• Languages: Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
