On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss insurance company, Swisslinx is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Consultant to join a workforce planning project. You will enhance and implement workforce planning processes and software, supporting company-wide adoption and operational efficiency.
This is a full-time temporary position with a minimum duration of 7 months and the potential for an extension, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
• Partner with end-users and senior stakeholders to identify necessary process and software enhancements
• Collaborate with one of the client’s project teams to design, test, and implement agreed changes
• Develop and document business processes
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Produce detailed product documentation
• Offer ongoing support to end-users
• Facilitate a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations
Your profile:
• Previous experience working in insurance, financial services, or consulting/professional services
• Min. 5 years’ experience in similar roles developing and deploying large-scale IT solutions for workforce management, including business process changes, user training, and organizational change
• Business Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of workforce management and agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with certifications in business analysis or HR
