On behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition sectors, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Visp
Workload: 100%
Duration: 7 months’
Extension: Possible
Work type: Hybrid work model with 2 days remote work per week
Your mission:
• Conducts interviews to gather business requirements/needs via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow
storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Connect multiple source of data using Power BI, SAP BW, and others tools and publish reports and KPI’s
• Translates conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project
team
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to key stakeholders
• Communicate key insights and findings to all organizational layers
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business
Your background:
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• A degree in E2E Value Chain management, Business management or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharma or Biotech industry is preferred
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management would be a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with dashboard and KPI’s, E2E Value Chain in a manufacturing site & SAP BW, Power BI, SQL
