On behalf of our client, an international company within equipment manufacturing, Swisslinx is looking for a Sales Manager Product Inspection, who will be responsible for the management, promotion and further development of four employees in sales, office and field service.
Your mission:
- Report to the managing director and make a decisive contribution to the further development of organization.
- Being in close contact with decision-makers on the customer side and recognize their needs and changes in the market and derive measures from them.
- Identify business opportunities, define growth goals and implement corresponding initiatives and measures to acquire new customers and further expand the market share among existing customers.
- Carry out regular reviews to check the effectiveness of the measures and initiate corrective measures where necessary.
- Support your team in the sales process, being responsible for your own sales area and support potential customers throughout the entire sales process.
- Work closely with our production organizations in Europe to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in engineering/plant construction (university of applied sciences/university), ideally with further training in Business administration.
- You already have management experience with several years of professional experience in an international matrix-driven organization and in the sale of products and systems that require a lot of advice and explanation.
- You have experience in project management, preferably in the food industry.
- SAP knowledge and knowledge of software in production are a great advantage.
- You have a high degree of resilience, self-motivation and commitment to customers and employees.
- Very good oral and written communication in German and English; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel around 50% in Switzerland.
