On behalf of our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is seeking a QA Expert to join their Quality Assurance team in Neuchâtel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to contribute to ensuring compliance and supporting continuous improvement in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Duration: 1 year

Your Mission:
• In this critical role, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance across the manufacturing and release processes, ensuring compliance with current guidelines and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the QA representative for routine GMP activities and the company’s projects.
• Partnering with the Production Unit Team, Quality Control laboratories, Warehouse, and Engineering/Maintenance departments.
• Ensuring quality and compliance of systems and documentation.
• Participating in GMP audits and shopfloor activities.
• Promoting and contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Understanding and applying the company’s EHS guidelines, ensuring personal safety and reporting potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Providing backup support for other QA Senior Experts or QA Lead when required.

Your Background:
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ideally in manufacturing and release processes.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a precise and reliable working style.
• Fluent in English; French or additional languages are an advantage.
