About the Role:
Are you an experienced IT support professional with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM)? We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Service Analyst to provide 2nd level IT support, manage IAM requests, and ensure seamless IT services for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide 2nd level support for IT services & IAM administration
✅ Monitor, report, and analyze SLA performance and incident trends
✅ Manage incident, request, and problem resolution processes following ITIL standards
✅ Support VIP/Senior Management with IT and virtual meeting setups
✅ Assist with Bank-wide tech rollouts, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
✅ Offer on-call and on-site support outside normal hours when needed
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Strong IAM support experience (Active Directory, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID)
✔ ITIL knowledge and problem management expertise
✔ Excellent communication skills for user and VIP support
✔ Willingness to work on-call and outside normal hours
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with virtual meeting support, hardware staging & repairs
➕ Exposure to three lines of defense models
