• Maintain laboratory documentation and records in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Learn and execute new and complex tasks, contributing to process improvements.

Competences:

• A degree or apprenticeship in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open-minded attitude.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with an ability to handle complex data.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
