Job description:
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing regular reports and presenting them to the investment and oversight committee
- Monitoring risk and exposures of the pension fund
- Performance and risk analytics
- Coordinating the definition and implementation of the strategic asset allocation (SAA)
- Contributing to strategic initiatives on sustainability and the potential introduction of new asset classes.
- AM system configuration: leveraging capabilities of our new AM system (Aladdin) to further automate the in-house management of the pension fund
- Benchmark set up and maintenance
About the customer:
This is an initial contract running for up to 12 months with option to extend on a long term basis based on the project road maps, with start date by April latest.
The Pension Fund Analyst will take over both operational and project related aspects – part of the responsibilities will include managing tasks related to the pension fund, the other part is related to project work in the context of the migration to, and onboarding of the pension fund in a new Asset Management system, Aladdin.
The successful candidate will have close interactions with colleagues in Middle Office, as well as the Asset Management/portfolio Management unit outside of Middle Office and Senior Management.
Requirements:
You will possess as many of the following skills as possible:
- Strong experience in Asset Management, ideally with deep understanding of how pension funds work (ALM).
- Advanced analytical skills, good understanding of risk management/measurement and performance attribution.
- Experience with reporting, data handling, coding (ideally Python), good Excel knowledge
- Broad experience in different asset classes (e.g. fixed income, equities, infrastructure, real estate, FX etc.).
- Experience working with an Asset Management system (preferably Aladdin)
- Fluency in English
