🚀 Now Hiring: Project Manager – Quality Enabling Functions
📍 Location: Basel, Switzerland (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

A leading pharmaceutical company in Basel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-impact global quality IT system implementation. This is a pivotal role within the Quality Enabling Functions team, focused on the successful delivery of the gLIMS project—a key strategic initiative for the organization.
🔍 Key Responsibilities- Lead and revise project planning and strategies with a focus on critical path delivery
- Collect and act on feedback from stakeholders to improve performance and delivery
- Reinforce accountability and implement structured follow-up routines
- Navigate and manage project scope changes in alignment with business needs
- Establish and apply standard PMO methodologies, tools, and reporting practices
- Collaborate with Business Project Managers to identify and resolve project issues
- Provide hands-on senior PMO support as needed, driving execution and quality
- Master’s degree in Science or a related field
- Over 10 years of project management experience, including 5–10 years in IT systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent in English
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001/13485, and other pharmaceutical quality standards
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally in the pharma or life sciences sector
