Job description:
- BMM Ambassador and supporter mainly in the field.
- Consultant for all relevant BMM sales questions (person to go2).
- Sales Skills/system knowledge.
- Account Managers visits. Analysis, Reporting, Low-performer management, best practice sharing.
- Agent communication (via Beekeeper on News/Updates/Insights/Big Wins (e.g. mid-size customer).
- Knowledge support/Expert Inputs.
Requirements:
- 4 years or more years of sales experience and at least a year of experience as a manager, in telecom
- retail industry.
- Clean driving license and flexible to work from various shops (km can be expensed).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field, or
- KV.
- Natural motivator and team player with excellent communication skills in English and German.
