SAP Integration & Data Management - Team Lead

Job description:

• Full ownership of the SAP Integration & Data Management domain.
• Leading and mentoring the team both technically and disciplinarily, while encouraging innovation and professional growth.
• Overseeing daily operations and project activities, as well as the design, planning, and execution of the SAP strategy and roadmap.
• Independently developing and implementing Integration & Data Management solutions in the SAP ecosystem.
• Leading internal and external projects (in part or full) with a focus on successful delivery.
• Providing strategic and cross-functional architectural consulting for SAP Integration & Data Management, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP contexts.
• Taking the initiative to self-learn and stay up-to-date on emerging topics and technologies.
• Engaging in pre-sales and sales activities as a Solution Sales professional and Advisor.
• Contributing expert articles to industry journals and actively promoting SAP partner management initiatives.
