SAP Utilities - Team Lead

Job description:

• Take full ownership of the SAP Utilities domain.
• Lead and manage the team both technically and administratively, promoting innovation and supporting employee growth.
• Oversee daily operations and project activities, while shaping and executing the SAP strategy and roadmap.
• Design and implement utility solutions within the SAP ecosystem independently.
• Manage (partial) projects across both internal and external initiatives.
• Provide strategic, cross-solution architectural guidance for utilities, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Proactively explore and master new complex topics, continuously expanding your expertise.
• Engage in PreSales and Sales responsibilities, acting as a Solution Sales Expert and Advisor.
• Contribute expert insights through articles in industry publications and actively lead SAP partner management efforts.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking an SAP Utilities Team Lead with a passion for the energy sector and utility solutions. You will have full responsibility for the SAP Utilities area, driving innovation and development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in conceptualizing and presenting complex issues clearly.
• High self-motivation, reliability, and a strong willingness to take ownership of key topics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, broad industry experience, and strong networking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all hierarchical levels (excellent German skills, English fluent).
