Senior .NET Engineer

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-paced hedge fund firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where technology and finance intersect.

• Play a key role in the development and enhancement of business solutions, utilizing technologies such as C#, JavaScript, React, WPF, and relational databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for both in-house and third-party applications, ensuring their reliability, availability, and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that meet business needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented development with C#, including proficiency in design patterns and best coding practices.
• 8+ years of experience working with relational databases and SQL, including expertise in data modeling and database design.
• Strong SQL and front-end development skills, particularly in JavaScript, with a strong preference for React framework
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss permit holder, citizen, or EU passport holder)
