On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Senior FX Sales Specialist to join their team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving business growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales performance, team lead experience, and the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring compliance with company processes.
This is a permanent, full-time position, on-site in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Job description
- Lead and manage the sales team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Drive negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and training plans in partnership with team and departments.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, methodologies, and administrative standards.
- Onboard new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven sales management experience in FX or financial services.
- Strong background in financial services, particularly banking, fund management, or FX.
- Expertise in developing sales strategies and customizing solutions based on client needs and market trends.
- Skilled in building long-term client relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals, existing network is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B and client-facing roles.
- Fluent in German (native or C1) and business proficient in English.
- Eligible to work in Germany or hold an EU passport.
