Job description:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and discretion.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and schedule meetings for senior bankers.
- Oversee the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and professional at all times.
- Handle sensitive client inquiries and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Coordinate visitor security protocols and manage mail and courier distribution.
- Support client hospitality, including organizing refreshments and transportation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including office supplies management and document organization.
About the customer:
On behalf of our client, a Swiss Private Bank, we are seeking a Senior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 + years of experience as a receptionist, ideally in a private bank or financial services environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Fluent in German and English is required, French is a plus
