Our client is a listed Fintech company offering secured lending solutions (5-30MEUR) to SMEs in Europe.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales professional to drive and close high-value deals in Germany/the DACH region. This role is key in expanding the company’s secured debt portfolio, requiring a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a focus on customer-centric selling.
The role is based in Berlin but working fully remotely with some travels to Berlin is also possible.
Your mission
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value investment opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to spot new sales opportunities
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for the group
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with new deals
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met
- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
Your background
- Extensive knowledge of financial services and investment instruments
- University degree in business, economics, or finance
- Willingness to travel within Europe for client and team meetings
- 10 years of experience in sales, deal structuring, or credit origination
- The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following areas: refinancing of leasing, bridge financing for Real Estate or refinancing of Renewable Assets
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with Germany and the DACH region
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Strong customer-centric focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills to evaluate financial data and trends
