Are you a proactive threat hunter passionate about cybersecurity? Join our clients Cyber Security Operations team as a Senior Security Operations Analyst and play a crucial role in safeguarding our critical assets.

• Start Date: ASAP (Latest: 3-month notice accepted)
• Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)
• Location: Basel, 50% onsite and 20 days possibility of aboard work | Workload: 100% | On Call: Yes
• Team: Cyber Security Operations | Department: Corporate Security

• Perform SOC Tier 2/3 analysis, investigate security incidents, and manage alerts.
• Conduct forensic analysis, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Participate in on-call incident response duties.

• 7+ years experience, including 5+ years in malware analysis, threat detection, and incident handling.
• Expertise in log analysis, digital forensics, network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS), and SIEM tools (IBM QRadar, Azure Sentinel).
• Strong English communication skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Security Services.
• Basic PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and threat hunting.

• Work with a dedicated cybersecurity team tackling real-world threats.
