Job Opportunity: Treasury Analyst (Temp) – EMEA

Are you a Treasury professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a Treasury Analyst (Temporary – 6 Months) to support key projects within our organization. This role is mostly remote, but the candidate must already be based in Switzerland.

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of two key projects: Treasury Cash Pool in Europe and our company name change project. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, handling administrative tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring the smooth transition of banking processes.

• Lead communication with banks for bank account updates during the name change transition
• Track liquidity across all entities and bank accounts in the EMEA region
• Maintain and update E-Banking profiles
• Assist with issuing bank guarantees and managing related documentation
• Ensure seamless payments and collections during the transition
• Coordinate the re-issuance of bank guarantees and retrieval of existing ones
• Monitor project timelines and regularly update key stakeholders
• Ensure accurate paperwork and compliance with SOX requirements
• Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Treasury for smooth project execution
• Provide support for other Treasury-related tasks as needed

• Relevant cash management experience in EMEA
• Knowledge of Cash Pooling and SAP (preliminary/intermediate level preferred)
• Familiarity with cash/banking portals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Some project management skills are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury
