On behalf of our client, an international biopharmaceutical company, Swisslinx is looking for an HR Specialist.

Contract type - Contract
Start Date - ASAP
Location - Neuchatel
Workload - 100%
Duration – 3.5 months

Your Mission:
• Collaborate with global HR teams to support the roll-out and implementation of HR projects, assisting the local HR Director.
• Provide operational and administrative support, particularly in the implementation and testing of new HR tools during project phases.
• Participate in the development, review, and updating of work processes, procedures, and related regulations, including creating and maintaining checklists for managers and supervisors.
• Conduct various HR surveys and analyze results to compile People metrics for departmental insights.
• Write and publish knowledge articles on relevant HR topics as needed.
Your Background:
• Proven experience in HR administration, with project management experience as a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to analyze, summarize, organize, and plan work effectively.
• Detail-oriented, precise, and structured in tasks and workflow.
• Cooperative, collaborative, discreet, reliable, and responsible.
• Fluent French, and Fluency in English at a B2 advanced level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, Teams, and advanced Excel.
