On behalf of one of our clients, a global FinTech company, Swisslinx is seeking an FX Sales Trader to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and execute FX trades, hedges and other tailored solutions on behalf of the clients based in Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
• Take over and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering a variety of financial products such as FX solutions (spots, forwards, swaps, etc.), credit, payments, and cash management
• Leverage the company’s extensive product offerings to provide clients with top-tier solutions
• Execute FX trades with various liquidity providers across multiple platforms (e.g. Bloomberg)
• Collaborate with the sales team to originate new business opportunities as well as up- and cross-selling on existing portfolio of clients
• Gain deep insights into clients' business environments and strategies to offer the most suitable financial solutions
• Meet and exceed dealer-specific KPIs, including revenue targets, client retention, cross-selling, and expanding client engagement
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and networking
• Generate new business leads by networking with existing clients and seeking referrals
Your profile:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role with FX trading
• Previous experience in a financial institution with a focus on corporate clients
• Native Swiss German or French and fluent English
• Ability to develop and implement FX strategies based on market feedback
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships at senior levels
