One of our major clients in Zürich, Switzerland - a leading Bank - is looking for a Senior Incident- & Problem Manager to join a contract opportunity of (at least) 12 months with the option for extension or internalization.
To be succesful in this role, you are a "hands-on" team player with strong communication and customer facing skills, and the ability to work with different cultures.
Your tasks:
• Coordination / processing of major incidents
• Ensuring rapid resolution of incidents with required specialists, task force Management if required
• Ensuring appropriate communication via appropriate channels
• Documenting cases and initiating & tracking of subsequent problem management process
• Management / coordination of further development of global incident & problem mgmt. process
• Standardize the global IT locations in Asia and Europe with regard to Incident & Problem Problem Management processes
• Taking over on-call duty approx. every 5 weeks.
Your profile:
• Work experience and practical know-how in similar role for at least 5 years in financial industries or at global companies
• ITIL certification and familiar with agile working methods
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Information Technology or similar
• Quick learner, independently, structured and reliable way of working
• Resilient, team-oriented and flexible with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on mentality, takes responsibility & lead in various areas
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Place of work: Hybrid, Office Zürich 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week
