On behalf of our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is seeking a Global Process Science Lead – Project Delegate to represent process ownership and support critical technology transfer (TT) activities for a biologics large molecule project in South America. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in global project management and process readiness within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Contract Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Zurich or Neuchâtel, Switzerland
Workload: 100%
Duration: Until 15 November 2027
Your Mission:
• Serve as the Global Process Science Lead in a technology transfer project, representing the process owner for a biologics large molecule in the hematology area.
• Support decision-making at local and site levels from a global perspective, ensuring site readiness for engineering and PPQ runs.
• Act as a senior technology consultant, connecting with site project teams and external business partners to explain critical process steps and manufacturing know-how.
• Drive the creation of TT documentation following company methodology.
• Develop gap assessments and mitigation strategies in collaboration with Process Science Leads and subject matter experts, ensuring leadership and stakeholder endorsement.
• Review and assess risks in documents to support various TT phases, including PQ, PPQ, and manufacturing activities.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing updates on process transfer risks, progress, and mitigation measures.
Your Background:
Education and Experience:
• Minimum MSc in Biotechnology or a related field.
• Extensive expertise in DS (Cell Culture and Purification) and DP (Filling, Lyophilization).
• Proven experience in PPQ and technology transfer projects.
Skills and Competencies:
• Seniority and maturity in technical expertise, with strong stakeholder interaction skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to team and matrix environments.
• Consultancy/contractor experience is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of data-driven, consensual approaches to complex, global environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel to Brazil as needed.
