On behalf of our client, an international biotechnology company, Swisslinx is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. In this role, you will perform and document daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Location: Solothurn, Switzerland
Contract Type: Contract (1 year, with shift work)
Start Date: ASAP
Workload: 100%

Your Mission:
• Execute manufacturing processing steps and support activities, monitoring processes against approved recipes and manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot and investigate equipment and process issues.
• Revise documents as directed, including implementing equipment and process changes.
• Execute and document validation protocols.

Your Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent apprenticeship with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Pharma or Biotech industry.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in automated systems such as DeltaV, Syncade, or SAP.
• Strong safety and quality awareness in all aspects of work.
• Language skills: Minimum English level B1.
