On the behalf of our client in Insurance industry based in Zurich, we are seeking an experienced Release Train Manager (10 month contract). If you are the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the effective management and utilization of various environments including development, testing, pre-production, and production, aiming to streamline our release processes.

The main purpose of this position is to automate our deployments securely and efficiently, adopting a SecDevOps approach throughout our systems.

Main responsibilities :

• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of development, testing, pre-production, and production environments to ensure stability and availability.
• Working with multiple project teams, maintain and manage the version control of all applications in the integrated landscape to ensure co-ordinated testing and releases.
• Ensure that the datasets in each environment are appropriate for the activities in that environment.
• Drive the adoption of a SecDevOps culture within the team, focusing on security at every phase of development and operations.
• Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Lead Developers, and Test Managers to coordinate test and release activities effectively. Ensure all teams are aligned with the project timelines and quality standards.
• Work with the teams to increase adoption of test automation

Your profile :

• Proven track record as an environment and release manager on complex application landscapes
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement SecDevOps practices across teams.
• Exceptional collaborative skills, with experience in fostering a teamwork environment.
• Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and non-technical content to all stakeholders.

• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English
