On behalf of our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is seeking a Trading entity compliance specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with Swiss Establishment License requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Contract Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Switzerland/Hybrid (on site presence required 8 times per month)
Workload: 100%
Duration: 11 months
Your Mission:
• Execute daily QMS activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage quality master data accurately.
• Support mapping and integrating GxP activities for the Swiss Principal.
• Author, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and oversee change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Maintain secure and accurate QMS records.
• Ensure a compliant quality management system for global product trading.
• Address customer complaints and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Approve suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Support self-inspections and adhere to additional national legal requirements for specific products.
Your Background:
• Scientific degree with strong knowledge of global GDP regulations, licensing, and import/export compliance.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation within a GDP framework.
• Proficiency in SAP systems, including experience with data migration and QMS integration.
• Minimum B2 German language certification.
• Qualifications to serve as an Industry Certified Responsible Person (RP) in Switzerland preferred.
• Proven ability to work in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
