On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is seeking a Front Support Analyst for the Zurich team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing risk alerts, determining their validity, and ensuring adherence to the bank's compliance procedures.
This is a full-time temporary position (100%) with a 4-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review alerts to determine whether they represent true or false matches.
- Document and justify each false match accordingly.
- Ensure that the rationale provided is clear and detailed for third-party reviews.
- Collaborate with teams across the first and second lines of defense to uphold compliance standards.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in Compliance, Risk Management, KYC profiling, or screening.
- 1-3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting Relationship Managers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Must be an EU citizen or a valid Swiss permit holder.
