On behalf of our client, a leading international biotechnology company, Swisslinx is looking for an HR Service Advisor Support. In this role, you will craft professional, high-impact reference letters, collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring confidentiality while driving timely, seamless delivery and quality assurance.
Contract type – Contract
Start Date – November
Location – Basel or Visp
Workload – 40%, either mornings or afternoons Monday to Thursday
Duration – 12 months (until November 2025)
Your Mission:
• Draft and format professional, well-structured reference letters tailored to specific needs.
• Collaborate with managers, HR, and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Obtain necessary approvals and manage the timely delivery of reference letters.
• Maintain organized records of reference requests and issued letters.
• Review and revise letters to ensure grammatical accuracy and a positive tone.
• Provide clear communication and support to those involved in the reference process.
Your Background:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Availability every morning or afternoon from Monday to Thursday.
• Experience in drafting professional documents with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to gather and manage necessary information.
• Organizational skills to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
