Swisslinx is seeking a Logistics Specialist on behalf of our client, a leader in the bio-pharmaceutical industry!
Location: Visp
Start date: Asap
Duration: 12 months
Your mission:
• Receiving, unloading, and checking goods in the logistics process.
• Recognising, handling, and managing hazardous goods and temperature-sensitive goods in accordance with GMP.
• Storing goods and maintaining the warehouse while optimising the warehouse layout and ensuring proper inventory management.
• Picking and visually checking goods, then preparing them for transport, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Loading goods onto means of transport and securing them properly to prevent damage or contamination during transit.
• Recording and transmitting accompanying data, as well as documenting goods flow, stocks, and damaged items.
• Planning, organising, and scheduling logistics orders to ensure timely and efficient goods distribution.
Your background:
• German is required, English is a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or a similar regulated industry (GMP environment).
• Experience in a logistical role.
• Industrial trucks of category R1, R2 is an advantage.
• Warehouse management and organisation skills.
