Location: Visp, Switzerland
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

Your Mission:
• Assess, audit, and propose revisions to current methods of operation, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Review and update existing policies, procedures, forms, and reports to streamline processes.
• Analyze and optimize material handling processes, office layouts, and equipment usage to improve operational flow.
• Simplify workflows and recommend alterations to computer systems to better support logistics operations.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas of overlap or duplication in organizational structures, making recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement approved changes.

Your Background:
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess current processes and propose actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
