We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to join our dynamic team for a six-month consulting assignment, with possible extensions. As part of a multi-year M&A IT program, the primary responsibility of this role will be to design and implement a comprehensive Target Operating Model (TOM).
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain the Target Operating Model (TOM) to align with the business strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure the TOM meets organizational needs.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance on business architecture practices and principles.
• Conduct assessments and analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement within the current operating model.
• Develop and present detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and architectural designs.
• Support the integration of new business units and functions resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure the TOM aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role, ideally within M&A programs.
• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in M&A contexts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
