10-month contract position

Zurich– Home office possible
On the behalf of our client in the banking industry, we are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer. This a 10-month contract, based in Zurich. Ideal star date : ASAP
Your responsibilities:
• Developing and improving existing log management solution
• Bringing further development to the log management
• Operating it based on Linux RedHat 8 and OpenSearch/ Dashboards as a cluster solution (9 nodes).
• Operating maintenance and patching of the environment or the complete framework
• Defining and implementing new requirements / optimization measures
• Analyzing and optimizing according to best practice
• The onboarding of additional sources and new releases and support event errors
Languages (compulsory for this roles):
• German – native
• English – good command
Your profile:
• Proven experience in improving and developing existing log management solution
• Know-how in the following areas: Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Good knowledge on Kafka, Filebeat, Syslog, Ansible, S3 Storage Tiering, Redhat
• Other important technologies: Opensearch, Opensearch Dashboard, Filebeat, Logtash, Elastic-seach, Unix Redhat, Rsysylog, Ansible
